Besides, posting of Pastors\/ Probationary Pastors to Pastorates and other specialized ministries like Pastors incharge of Industrial &amp; Institutional Institutions, Chaplains and Heads of the Synod Institutions viz, schools and colleges, the Synod also deputes Pastors to special Posts like Administrative Secretary,etc. of the Khasi Jaintia Presbyterian Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>The Department constitutes two Sub Committees:- (i) Posting Committee and (ii) Board On Special Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>The Department recommends to the Executive Committee and the Synod for the purpose of posting, installation, ordination of church ministers and other matters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Pastoral Ministry Department is looking after the intensive and extensive tasks of all Pastors and Pro Pastors.
